General Questions
We follow the Australian Dental Association’s recommendation that children have their first dental visit by the age of 3.At our clinic, we encourage parents to book their children in with one of our oral health therapists for a gentle and positive introduction to the dental setting. If your child is under 3, we offer two options:
Book an appointment with an Oral Health Therapist
– Ideal for younger children to become familiar with the clinic, and for parents to discuss oral health habits, teething, and feeding concerns.
Bring your child along to your own dental check-up
– This allows your child to get used to the environment. If you have specific concerns about your child’s oral health, the dentist may perform a visual check during your appointment.
Please note: We are no longer taking new under-3 patients for solo dental visits with a dentist, as these visits are generally not productive at that age.If you have any concerns about your child’s teeth or development, we’re happy to support you — just give us a call and we’ll recommend the best approach.

If you need to cancel your surgery, payment is refunded. If you cancel within 4 weeks of the surgery date, a $500 admin fee applies to cover work and planning to date. Please speak with your treatment coordinator for questions about payment or finance options.
